Did You Know?

Travis was originally named Chad but was changed when shooting began.

Continuity: In the scene towards the end right after Travis leaves, Zack is holding up his right fist and making hand gestures after Tracy sits down next to him. The camera cuts to a different area of the room, but when it goes back to Zack, he is making the hand gestures with his left fist instead.

Connie: She's obviously made up her mind, so let's just handle this like mature adults.
Walter: Right, right... you distract him, and I'm gonna hit him in the head with a shovel.

User Review

Destined to be a cult classic!

Rating: 8/10

Son In Law didn't do so hot in the box office, but that only means the masses were wrong. This movie is one of the few movies that Pauly Shore really excels in, with some of the funniest lines I've ever heard. Although the ending is sub-par, the antics of Shore carries the movie.
